Hibiscus 'Summer Carnival' PP31587 is commonly referred to as Summer Carnival Rose Mallow or Summer Carnival Hibiscus. This hardy, vase-shaped Hibiscus features variegated foliage and large dark magenta pink flowers. Each leaf has a narrow cream margin with a hint of pink blush on the edges. In colder climates the pink tones are even more noticeable.
Summer Carnival thrives in full sun in evenly moist, well-drained soils. It is a Hibiscus moscheutos (perennial hibiscus) which will die down completely in winter and new shoots emerge in May.
